👋 Hello & Welcome!
Hi everyone! My name is Devendran. I was born and raised in Penang, Malaysia, and I am a registered male nurse.
I have been working at the National Heart Institute (Institut Jantung Negara), Kuala Lumpur, for the past seven years. During this time, I’ve gained valuable experience in cardiac catheterization lab (Cath Lab) procedures. Working in cardiology has taught me a lot and allowed me to be part of life-changing moments for patients with heart conditions.
Nursing is more than a job for me, it’s a passion. I truly enjoy helping others and providing the best possible care. Being in the cardiology field has shown me how important nurses are in supporting patients and medical teams every single day.
Before entering the nursing world, I also studied and graduated in Information Systems (Diploma in IT). Because of that, this blog won’t be limited to nursing alone. I’ll also be sharing technology-related knowledge, tips, and ideas that connect healthcare and IT.
Oh… and one more thing 😄
I’m also a sketch artist 🎨😉
Through this blog, I hope to share my experiences, knowledge, and creativity in a simple and interesting way. I promise to do my best to keep my future posts useful, engaging, and never boring.
